Wendy Kolanz is a yoga educator. She has studied, practiced and instructed in the aspects of Yoga for over forty years. Her students find her emphasis on inner alignment and somatic experience to help them develop greater mobility, strength, balance, suppleness and grace in a supportive atmosphere. She weaves mantra, science and practical philosophy into her classes helping students achieve greater equilibrium and personal insight. Wendy offers Yoga asana classes, meditation sessions, workshops, Yoga teacher trainings, private asana sessions and individual therapeutic yoga instruction. She also offers private counseling sessions for mind/body/spirit connection through the lens and tools of Yoga, including Personal Development; Energy Balancing; and Guidance in understanding the root cause of anxiety, emotional distress, and relief from conditions that are physical, mental or emotional in nature. Wendy’s journey began with her first experience in pranayama, asana and meditation in 1971, and has found the wisdom of Yoga to be the guiding light in her life ever since.
