Bharti was born and raised in India. She has been interested in yoga since childhood. She first learned yoga from Aman Shastri Ji ( Patanjali Chikitsalaya) and then practiced with Mrs. Nandini Deshpande who was dedicated to bring yoga to underprivileged women in India. She received her Prana Yoga certification from Princeton Centre for Yoga and Health under the Guidance of Jeff Migdow and Marisa Bonfanti. Bharti is known for her non- judgmental teaching style and emphasis of quality over quantity. She is dedicated to understand the teachings and philosophies of the sacred texts.
