Pat Salner has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and has been teaching yoga since 2014. She earned her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Yoga Alliance certification from Sacred Rivers Yoga, East Hartford, CT. She is a member of the Yoga Alliance and maintains her certification by taking CEUs courses to keep up with the best of the profession. She continues to enhance her practice and teaching skills to address the needs of individuals of all abilities. She holds certifications in Yoga for Cancer (Y4C) and Accessible Yoga.

Pat is currently teaching at Club Fitness in Windsor, CT, Be.Yoga in Avon, CT, Sacred Rivers Yoga in East Hartford as well as private and semi-private sessions in Bloomfield and West Hartford.

Additionally, she is teaching Y4C at the Bone and Joint Institute at Hartford Hospital as part of a clinical pilot study measuring the impact of yoga for cancer patients’ recovery from treatment.

Pat embraces the yogic tradition of connecting the mind, body and breath into her practice of yoga postures and meditation. She believes that yoga can be practiced anytime, anywhere and by anyone. In her group classes and individual sessions, Pat makes the benefits of yoga accessible for all.
