Study Shows Yoga Has Modest Benefits in Treating Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain

A new Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews analysis on the effects of yoga on treating chronic nonspecific low back pain has found “modest” positive outcomes with regard to improved function and reduced pain, according to University of Maryland researchers and other investigators.
