Bharti is a much loved and knowledgeable teacher. She did her YTT 200 from Princeton Centre for Yoga and health and finished her YTT 500 from Sacred Rivers Yoga. She is dedicated to understand the philosophy of sacred Texts. She leads a Meditative Prana Yoga class at SRY , every Wednesday, from 9.15 am to 10:30 am. Prana is the source of physical and mental energy and the quality of our life depends upon the quality of Prana within us. A prana Yoga practice results in, Stronger immune system, Improved Digestion and sleep, Improved Blood Circulation, Improved focus and Joy and Increased energy levels and Vitality.
