Cherie L. B. Trice
Cherie has been teaching yoga, as well as pilates, for over 15 years. She received her 200 and 500 hour yoga certifications (E-RYT 200) from Sacred Rivers Yoga, her mat pilates certification from PhysicalMind and her barre training through Stott. Although she has practiced with local and nationally known teachers, she believes her biggest teachers are those beings she comes into contact with every day. A vegetarian for over 30 years, she strongly believes in AHIMSA...compassion towards all living things.
